Jurgita Brenninkmeyer

Founder and Managing Director

Jurgita Brenninkmeyer brings a wealth of strategy and management expertise from her uniquely diverse experience in the cultural and business fields.

Prior to setting up CentreNote and having obtained an MBA, Jurgita was a Management Consultant at Capgemini Consulting: Digital Marketing, Sales and Services.  As a Consultant, Jurgita advised FTSE 100 corporate clients on business strategy, new business development, operational efficiencies, digital marketing, customer experience design and digital transformation.  She developed business cases to secure funding for new initiatives, such as the identification of potential for approximately £10m of additional revenue through an eCommerce project for a major international airport.

Jurgita also has extensive experience in the cultural sector. Trained as a professional pianist in her youth, she then went on to pursue a career in Arts Management. She has over 10 years of strategy and management experience in the field, having worked with orchestras, international festivals, theatre and dance companies, as well as artist management agencies. Jurgita was a Managing Director at the International Christopher Summer Festival and a Managing Director of the Christopher Chamber Orchestra in Lithuania. She increased the number of festival visitors by 15 % and doubled the income from ticket sales within two years. Jurgita worked as Head of Marketing and Communications at the Russian Drama Theatre in Vilnius and she also managed artist careers at prominent agencies such as Columbia Artists Management  in New York and HarrisonParrott in London.

Jurgita is a “make it happen” person. Her determination, creative approach to problem solving and tenacity are the key strengths that help her achieve outstanding results for her clients.

Qualifications:

Masters degrees in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from the University of New Orleans and the Lithuanian Academy of Arts. An MBA in Business Strategy and Management from the University of Oxford. Also, a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and was most recently awarded a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing with the Institute of Digital Marketing in London.

Grants and Awards:

A recipient of a prestigious Fulbright grant from the U.S. Department of State. As a Fulbright scholar, she focused her research on the entrepreneurial practices in the arts and the development of artist management agencies. Jurgita is also a winner at a number of national and international piano competitions.
